For the benefit of those who are regular readers of this space …

What you need to know is:

On an annual basis, the Super Bowl is the single most wagered upon event in North America. 

Successfully prognosticating upon the outcome of weekly NFL games is what first developed an interest in the field of “sports handicapping”, in general, on the part of yours truly, some 33 years ago.

Since that time, one thing which has gradually become crystal clear … across an array of sports … is that successfully handicapping BIG GAME [single day] events is an Art & Science, unto itself, and a “calling card”/specialty for yours truly.

as an accurate description of what it is they provide for their clients.

FYI …

Last night’s 7-point home-court victory over the Miami Heat was, in fact, the first time this season yours truly deemed the Raptors to be in a highly favourable situation to ”win outright” AND to secure “the cover” against the posted wagering number [TOR -3/-110]. 

As a result … and, strictly from the perspective of K[handor's] S[ports] S[ervice] … the Raptors’ W-L Record this season now stands at 1 Win, 0 Losses/+5.0 units.

Congrats! … to those who were along for the ride.

PS. Overall, last night’s action in the NBA finished 2-1/+4.9 units … with the Raptors and Magic [+6/-104] on the plus side; and, the Hawks [-7/-102] on the minus. 

The final day of action in the NBA Playoffs finished with the following results:

W-L: 1-0
Units: +2.10

which was a LAST step in the right direction, and means that,

Overall, after Day 45:

W-L: 36-32-1
Units: +28.80
