One-legged player amazes at Dunhill Links Championship
Simon Dyson was the winner Monday at the Dunhill Links Championship, but Manuel de los Santos may have made the biggest impression at the pro-am event, which is played on St. Andrews, Kingsbarns and Carnoustie.

    He’s gonna tear up the cartilage in his remaining right knee if he continues to subject it to such high shear stress … believe it. Tiger messed up the cartilage in his left knee which took the load after shifting to the left.

    The kinetic chain from the ground up is still evident in this one-legged golfer … no surprise there.

    The balance, power and coordination required to do what he does is simply amazing. Golfing effectively with only one arm is quite an accomplishment but doing so with only one leg, IMO, is a serious feat of elite level athleticism.
